Im primarily lactose intolerant with milk, and while it used to cause me a slight discomfort when I was younger, has slowly gotten worse as Ive gotten older. Before I started using this product I had all but eliminated milk of any kind from my diet, including the whey protein that I use a lot as it would make me feel very sick. Like the instructions say, I usually only use one pill per serving of milk, but in the morning seem to need two Lactaid pills to feel okay if I consume milk. This is a good product though, and one that Ill likely to be using for some time.

I am pleased with the results. Follow the directions, that is important.

I take one pill before eating or drinking anything with dairy products in it, and no more upset stomach later. This is the best invention ever for folks with lactose intolerance!

Buying in a bottle without foil packets is so convenient.

Getting old sucks. As a kid, i didnt have a problem with milk, but when I got to college, I couldnt handle it. While I use lactose free milk, the options of lactose free ice cream are far and few. Vegan cheese is disgusting and should be banned. Ruined a whole pizza I ordered before with vegan cheese. Thank goodness for these pills. Now I can kinda enjoy things with dairy for the most part with these. I just pop one right when I have something dairy. Sometimes I have to take two. Good stuff.

Ive been lactose intolerant since Ive been 33. And the product has improved over the decades I first used it in terms of stability: previously it went bad with an odd smell after a while. Now it is separately wrapped (but expensive). It can be kept in your wallet, coat, desk, etc. for those impulse ice cream or milk or butter/cheese filled products (e.g. pesto, pizza). Not needed for yogurt. I also prefer buying the cheaper bottle of the 1/3 dose in the bottle for home use. The single use caplets are greatly wrapped for airtight. I dont purchase the chewable tablets, which are larger in size. I often bite the tablets, which makes the tablets work more efficiently, and gulp it down with what Im eating (the directions say you just take the tablet whole with the first bite of the dairy food). If you continue to eat a meal with butter, (etc) you have to take additional tablets after 30-45 minutes, since the tablet will be down the intestine and cant handle what new food is there. E.g. if you are having a long cheese dessert, or a pizza party.

These work well. I always have a hard time digesting dairy, causing me extreme constipation. I have never been “diagnosed” professionally with Lactose Intolerance, but I assume I am. Anyway, these things will clean you out comfortably. Take 2 before or after your meal, no more than 2 pills/day. Within 12 hours you will be passing everything you ate plus some.

These work well for me. Unlike what many usually assume with lactose intolerance, with dairy I get super constipated. It causes stomach pain, bleeding from hard stools, and me to feel sick. I cannot drink cows’ milk at all due to this. One cup could make me stuck for 1-2 weeks and miserable. As someone who loves cheese, I take two tablets anytime I eat food with dairy in it (such as Mac & cheese, cheesy potatoes, scrambled eggs and cheese), except for ice cream (which I’m usually okay with). With the tablets I am not constipated, and have no other awful symptoms. HOWEVER, if you are like me, I DO NOT DARE DRINK MILK WITH THESE TABLETS STILL, due to my own anxiety and never will. So please be careful. Otherwise, they work well for me with cheese.

Unfortunately my son is lactose intolerant and he has a few of these before having a bowl of cereal and no issues afterwards. No cramps, bloat, diarrhea nothing. So for me this is an amazing product!! I’m sure he would say the same lol
