It works, what can I say other than that. The generic/store brand also works, as long as it contains the enzyme. I only bought these as they are swallowable instead of chewable (like I want the taste of the nasty chewables right before enjoying a bite of food?).

I generally break them in half, as I dont seem to need the full capsule. Just a note: this is not a caplet you take that is effective for a 24-hour period. Its not often you can say something quite literally changes your life, but these really have for me. Theres not much to review really, the pills work, they work well, and they work every time. Ive had lactose intolerance for most of my life, not debilitating, but enough to stop me from enjoying foods with lactose, or have the food but feel terrible after.
