Instructions were very good.

We always worried about the washing machine leaking and now with this device, I dont have to think about it anymore. I was impressed the entire kit which even included wall ties and even a 3 wall plug adapter. It took me about 10 minutes to install and now I feel secure knowing I can prevent a water disaster from my 2nd floor washing machine.

I bought this to protect against major leaks in a 2nd floor laundry room. The product is well made and packaged, and includes good instructions. The included hardware for wall mounting was cheap (as is the case with most products), so I used my own. The included template for marking the holes was a nice touch. I first set it up in the kitchen to verify the operation of the valves and the water sensor......everything worked great. Once I connected the fittings to the original valves in the wall, I realized that I would not be able to push the washer back to its previous location. Would have lost a few inches do to the electronic valves and fitting. So I decided to cut slots in the plastic housing in the wall to allow the valves to move further into the wall. That worked great and allowed the washer to slide all the way back to its original position. I like the indicators on the control unit that let you know if the valves are open or closed. It also has a vacation mode that can be used to close the valves with the push of a button. And the valves also close in the event of a power failure. I am confident that this product will perform if necessary, which is worth the cost and time to install.

I can’t say enough good about this product. The packaging is awesome and you feel like you have a quality item before you even open it. The components are well made and beautiful. The instructions are thorough. They have made this product trouble free from the 90 degree down facing spouts to the multiple option mounting to the AC adapter that gives you multiple receptacles. It’s simple to install, instructions clear and now I have peace of mind that I have some protection from house damaging leaks. So pleased with this. Thank you!

I live in a townhouse where water damage can be very costly not only to my own property but also to the adjacent units around me. This just saved me paying for water damage to my apartment and probably the ones below mine. Some seal in my washer went bad one afternoon in a fairly new washer and this device turned off the water just like it was supposed to. The alarm went off (never had a false alarm) and was loud. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have had this product.

Outstanding product with ALL necessary parts included and EASY to follow instructions. We live on the 6th floor and now I dont need to worry about a flood damaging floors 1-5!

So we havent had any flooding yet, but i did test it on install and it seemed to be working great. It was very easy to install, and they even included in this kit the extra outlet adaptor that I would need since my laundry room only has a plug for the washer and dryer. That was a super nice touch, as I thought when I opened it, oh $%!%!@, I am going to have to go to the store now and get the adaptor before the laundry installation guy shows up in an hour. The laundry installer guy seemed to think it was a good idea, for what its worth. My laundry room is essentially an adapted closet, so this is SUPER useful in allowing me to turn off the water before going on vacation, as I would not be able to reach the taps otherwise.

Installation was a quick with an easy step by step procedure- Plenty of cables to place the devices where it is convenient for care and operation Peace of mind is Knowing that the water will be turned off if a leak is detected.
