Easy to install! Great protection and peace of mind for my 2nd floor laundry room. I am a former insurance adjuster and have seen the damage that can happen when there is a leak in a 2nd floor laundry room. I always buy the upgraded braided metal hoses but even those have a warning that they need to be changed yearly. Who does that? Not me. Also great that with a push of a button the water can be shut off to washer before I leave on vacation. Great product!!

System works very well. Tested with just a drop of water and immediately shut the main water supply off and the alarm sounded. It was easy to install

Followed and reviewed installation instructions several times and product did not work. It would not permit water to flow to washing machine Controller on this unit was defective. When plugged into wall none of the lights came on. Ordered a replacement unit from Amazon and it installed and works perfectly. Suggest you plug in control unit before doing anything else to be sure it works. A light should come on.

Installation was pretty easy, but connecting it to the wifi is impossible!! I have tried for days. The app sends me no new message message all the time- many times a day, even though nothing is connected to the app.

The concept is great, but when the water sensor is placed on a concrete floor, it shuts the water off. Repeated test, by removing/reinstalling ac plug, same results. Do I need to seal/paint the concrete floor where the sensor goes?

This kit came with everything you needed to install it. The packaging was good and installation instruction were good. You could tell that someone really thought about what you need. I would say VERY Professional Kit. I tested it with NO PROBLEMS. I have also recommend it to other already. I WISH I had installed it before having a water problem.

I wish I could give zero stars! Valves leaked from the body downstream the valve. It appeared to be from the connection between the plastic actuator and the metal valve body. It was a pretty decent leak rate as well, not a seep. I was skeptical of this product because of the complexity of such a device and also whether it would hold up over the years but after this Im going to just use a $2 leak detector on the floor and avoid this expensive non-sense.

Happy with the product overall. It correct shut off water twice times over 2 years... only issue is the last time it would not reopen valves (kept sensing water even after drying senor for 48 hours). This is my second purchase, still a good value for the money it saved me.
