SAMSUNG 850 EVO 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-75E250B/AM)

This product has been great. Is a definite upgrade from a standard hard drive that was 5+ years old. Boot time into windows is less than 10 seconds. Only downside is I wish I went with the 500g as I put everything on this SSD and am low on space now.

I installed this into my Alienware M11x R2. There is definitely a huge speed upgrade and my laptop feels like brand new. Works perfectly.

Used to upgrade 2012 Mac mini. dont forget to format the drive first when putting in a mac.

Easy to install. Fast and quiet. Works without any problems in my macbook pro 2010 13 inch. I removed the old drive, placed it in a hard drive enclosure and booted from it to format the samsung drive. Im pleased with its performance. Didnt need the software that was included.

I have 2 of these and they are fast. I recommend installing your operating system on here along with any large programs like photoshop. I dont recommend this drive for storage of files as ssd drives have a limited number of times that it can be rewritten. I cant compare it to other brands of ssd drives because I havent tried anything else, but from what I have read, Samsung ssd drives are at the top of their game.

Extremely fast SSD and very easy to use software for cloning your existing hard drive over. DOES NOT COME WITH SATA CABLE OR POWER CABLE. If you dont have these ( CHECK! ) then you need to order them as well. You may also require a mounting bracket. Buy this SSD..you wont look back. ( My computer boots up in <15 seconds now )

Excellent speed, good price, quality construction. Cant comment on reliability yet as Ive only owned the drive for a couple weeks.
