> 3 dayThis system is amazing! It does everything as advertised and is very easy to setup and understand. The Support is top notch! I had one issue that ended up being a wiring problem. It took a little bit of time for us to isolate the source of the short, but Chen worked with me non stop to find the problem and resolve the issue. He definitely went above and beyond and now the system is working flawlessly. I cant recommend this product enough!

> 3 dayTech support ok but could use better examples. But the product is easy to follow the instructions it came with. Your going to need 1 cat-5 cable and 2 18/2 speaker cables to power the door lock and the exit button. I bought 2 of them and was able to use the same fob and access cards in both systems. They work perfect

Greater than one weekProduct appears well built. SecureControl assisted us in purchasing additional components for our facility setup. the customer service was quick to response on any questions. You will need some electrical experience in installing this. My facility guys had no issues. I can upgrade components as necessary and has many of the features products costing 10x the price.

> 3 dayI ordered my system not realizing it was RFID and I needed HID. They were very understanding and got me what I needed to make it HID at a very reasonable cost. Great to work with on every question I had. Our maintenace department to 6 moths to install everything do to plant breakdowns and I ended up missplacing my installation CD and had not seen it in months, they helped me with links for everything I needed.

Greater than one weekThis complete 4-door system works great and comes loaded with functionality, including attendance tracking. It came with 50 fobs and 50 access cards, as well as, a USB card reader which made setting up my 80+ users a breeze. The controller software is very easy to setup and get going. The strikes and card readers were also easy to install using Cat5 cable. Overall a tremendous value worthy of my 5-star rating.
