Great product, bought a whole system, all worked as expected. I had one issue enrolling fobs and cards, I called customer service, they were great help and very patient. In the end XY Chen helped me figure it all out.

We found the right product and cannot be happier with it. Not only is it easy to use but it is also very pocket friendly. The functionality is so easy for our employees as well as for the person that manages the software. We are able to add, delete, and grant access on the software on a blink of an eye. The cards are do not get damaged like your credit cards do when close to magnets or a magnetic field. Do not bend the card because then it will not function, but this is hard to do because the card is made pretty thick. We most definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable and secure door access system.

I purchased this system to manage a co-working space office rental and I have to say I’m really impressed. Everything worked as expected. I also ran into some issues because I wanted to use it a little different than intended (e.g. fail-safe vs fail-secure) and I had to contact tech support. They answered my questions with-in hours. This is by far the best experience I have had for this sort of product in a long time. It really feels like a mature product and the manufacturer has thought of pretty much every possible issue. They know their product very well and are very helpful.

I purchased this product for a manufacturing facility. After delays (internal) in getting installed and operating, achieved that in the last couple weeks. Had to contact customer service on a couple occasions, but Chen was quick and informative on responding with the information needed. Ended up purchasing a 2 Door system as well, which we have running concurrently with the 4 door. Very happy with the product and support! System is operating as described and what our needs were.
