I purchased this product for a manufacturing facility. After delays (internal) in getting installed and operating, achieved that in the last couple weeks. Had to contact customer service on a couple occasions, but Chen was quick and informative on responding with the information needed. Ended up purchasing a 2 Door system as well, which we have running concurrently with the 4 door. Very happy with the product and support! System is operating as described and what our needs were.

First system I have installed. The tech support guy Chen is awesome! He helped he over the phone with a motion sensor issue I was having that caused the magnetic locks to not engage. Very helpful and very fast turnaround on getting my issue resolved! Will be product again in the near future.

I purchased this access control system and am very pleased with it. We did order an additional strike for another door and it worked great with the system. Their support is very helpful, quick in response and pleasant.
