Great systems for the price. Great support... I will be buying more for other project... Update 4-5-2020: I have 1 unit for over 3 years and 2 others for 6 months. Units have worked flawless.. No issues. Support was wonderful. Replied with 18 hours and fixed problem with 30 hours... Thank you.

If you have some technical skills and wish to get a good price on an access system, you will probably be very pleased with this kit/seller. The support is excellent. All of my questions were answered promptly, and they also helped me when I accidentally ordered the wrong type of door lock. I would give more than five stars on the support end. The online support information is easy to follow. The system(s) have been in place and working for several months, and I just ordered one more to handle a few more doors. The only caveat/reason why I would not give it 5 stars overall is that the software is not the most intuitive. It appears do be able to do many things, but the learning curve might be daunting and some of the processes a bit klunky. As an electrical engineer with software experience...it wasnt bad. I would certainly recommend the system and I have bought again (twice) because of the value and utility of the products.

The product is easy to install and in great quality. Most important is the excellent tech support. Great product and great service.

Chen Has been very helpful in getting the system working and we now have it functioning properly. Their documentation is a little confusing, kind of a language barrier. The equipment was simple to install and program.

Very nice door access system. Works well, and easy setup. Must download the manual and directions. Also good to watch videos if your not sure about how to configure or install. I replaced a 15 year old unit with this, and my client is very happy with it. Its also much smaller than the 15 yrs old system I took out. This is a 12 vold DC output system. Also received quick response from tech support to answer questions.

This system is amazing! It does everything as advertised and is very easy to setup and understand. The Support is top notch! I had one issue that ended up being a wiring problem. It took a little bit of time for us to isolate the source of the short, but Chen worked with me non stop to find the problem and resolve the issue. He definitely went above and beyond and now the system is working flawlessly. I cant recommend this product enough!

The videos and information in the manual explains everything. I was able to guide my team over the installation after go over the support provided. Wiring is well explained. Software have many options and easy to use. I am planing to add a second system for another section of the building

This is a great system, and the cost for the complete package makes this a great buy. Everything came as advertised, the only negative is that the release buttons were all normally open (NO), and for magnetic locks normally closed (NC) relays or buttons are needed. I had to purchase the release buttons (NC) separately. Programming was pretty straightforward, and assigning the proximity cards and fobs were quick and easy. Except for the issue with the release buttons, I would grade this system 4 out of 5.
