Needless to say you have to be a bit of a DIY person to take on the challenge of installing an Access Control System yourself. That being said, the product is good, the documentation is adequate, if a bit cumbersome to locate. However, the support is excellent.

I purchased this kit to use in a building I own. I have never installed or used something like this before. I got it installed and working well. I do install A/V systems for a living so that did help with this. The hardest thing about this whole system was that actual locks installed, but that has nothing to do with this. I had some questions on my exact application and i email support, he helped out very quickly and helped me out allot. I would recommend this product!! Very good price! All of the devices feel well made, not cheap.

I was a bit worried at first but after installing the solution, running ethernet cabling, and setting up the controller, everything just works. The support is near instantaneous and greatly appreciated.

This is a great system.. and it can work with the Honeywell readers as well. Easy to configure and install. Im replacing a 16 door Tyco system with these panels.

Our company has been using this product to secure our business for over 4 years and the system has been extremely reliable even with over 200 employees accessing the system. The product is very well supported from warranty parts to installation and software questions. We have even expanded the system and plan on doing another expansion by adding 5 more sets. This is the best low cost and self-manageable card access system I have found.

The setup is straightforward, there are pictures and wiring diagrams for the various way you can setup your doors and readers. We needed to know how to have 2 readers operate one door (reader on the inside and reader out the outside). The vendor sent back a picture already made of how to do it, and a link to the diodes needed to be wired into the lines. I got those and wired them in and everything works now. The software is a bit difficult to use at times, and it does a lot that we have no need for (time tracking by using door entry and exit and such). But the whole system works great and is a lot cheaper than the system we had in our old office. We got a glass door attachment as well for the lock and it worked with this system fine. We were even able to use the door striker locks that already existed on the doors, which saved a lot of time. A+ for the help that BRs/Wood Chen gave me in the 2 readers 1 door question.

Excellent live customer support even several months, even after the item was purchased. They will log in remotely and walk you through the resolution. Great product to secure you building.
