I recently needed help since I did not keep all the documentation I should have when I installed this product a year ago. Within 12 hours I had a response that solved my problem immediately. The service on this product is truly outstanding and it works extremely well and has been as solid as a rock! I bought this security system for our community pool weeks ago and unfortunately I had a problem but the support is Absolutely Outstanding. They helped me diagnose the exact problem and arranged for me to get a replacement part very quickly at their expense. After i received the new part everything works perfectly. I have also had a few questions about programming and they get back to me very quickly on how the software works. I just have to say that I have worked on many technical issues with some very large companies. These guys provide service most American companies dream they could provide. You wont go wrong with this product or their service and the price is excellent.

We were looking for an electronic access system for a new building being constructed. This one is working quite well for us. The desktop software installed without an issue and is quite easy to use. The user interface was a little confusing at first, but we figured it out. We had one anomaly with one of the four doors not opening with the card reader (but did work with the exit button.) Our email to support was answered within a few hours. The issue was cleared up and all is working as we expect. Being a small business with five employees moving between two buildings, this system is used a lot. It has worked flawlessly thus far. Will update if any issues arise.

Bought this system to control 4 doors within our office. The system was easy to set up and wire. Package came with everything needed. Software is user friendly. We did have a couple questions with the set up and tech support was excellent. Fast reply and knowledgeable.

Very nice door access system. Works well, and easy setup. Must download the manual and directions. Also good to watch videos if your not sure about how to configure or install. I replaced a 15 year old unit with this, and my client is very happy with it. Its also much smaller than the 15 yrs old system I took out. This is a 12 vold DC output system. Also received quick response from tech support to answer questions.

I am a locksmith and was asked by a client to find a system like this that would meet their needs and not cost $12000. This system honestly blew me away with its ease of use and range or functions. Once I finished installing the hardware I was blown away by the software and ease of use. There is a clear language barrier, but if you have the technical fortitude to install this system you can figure it out.
