This was a fantastic find. We priced out a company to install a system and both bids came in over $9,000. It is solid equipment that works like a charm. The customer service was exceptional. The door strikes supplied did not match our door style. But customer support responded quickly and resolved our problem with a fast and spot on correction. You do need to run some wire and read some directions to make the system run. But, we put this system in two buildings and are very pleased!

I couldnt be more pleased with the service and support on this product. Even after having this product for over a year and having a short in a wire recently, they responded immediately and helped with my problem. I would highly recommend doing business with these guys!!

Recently moved into a new location and this was a Godsend!!!! Works perfectly - easy to install - had one question and send a question and literally had an answer via email in MINUTES!!! The computer program to give access is also super easy. WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!!

I initially had some issues getting the software to find the controller but I emailed the supplier and they quickly sent me step by step directions. Once I followed those steps it was pretty easy to setup. I like that you can add keys from the door or from the usb reader. I contacted support again with some more questions (this was my first door install). They quickly replied with an answer. Support has been great.

Chen has been very helpful and has answered all technical questions. We have multiple remote sites, automatic opening of mag locks during business hours, holiday schedule overrides, integration with fire system, and even direct API. Were so happy with the setup we are buying 4 more.

This was exactly what I hoped. Works great easy to install. Instructional videos very clear and easy. I am using on commercial building for my business.
