Greater than one weekI am returning this product and requesting a refund for whatever reason the device has become unresponsive, requiring a reboot, (unplugging it from the wall and plugging it back in). I can forgive one instance I’m not going to forgive two. Switching back to the Meross brand which hasn’t let me down yet.

Greater than one weekThis is a good switch.. I bought the 2 pack. I really only needed one, but the price was good so I thought Im sure Ill find a use for the second switch. I was attracted to this because of the ability to integrate with homekit. I have an Orbi mesh setup, it broadcasts the same SSID for the 5ghz and 2.4ghz, with no apparent way to temporarily turn off the 5ghz network. The process to setup the switch goes like this on an iPhone. Download the manufacturers app -> click on add device -> You are then bounced to the homekit screen to scan the QR code for the device. Your phone MUST be on the 2.4ghz network for it to work. Thats where my problem was. I solved this by taking a 100ft extension cord and going out into the yard where the 5ghz doesnt reach. With phone connected to the 2.4ghz network (I can verify this by checking in the Orbi app), it had no problem setting up the first switch. I could not get the second one to work. As far as the working switch goes, no problems, works fine after unplugging and plugging back in where it connects to the 2.4ghz network with no issue. Hope this helps you make a decision.

> 3 dayThese work great but set up was frustrating. I’m using these with my air conditioners in my living room and my bedroom and I love that you can set schedules with these outlets. For example I have one air conditioner set to turn on when I’m on my way home from work so that the apartment is nice and cool when I get home and I have the one in my bedroom set to turn on a little while before I go to bed so the room is cool and comfortable when I get in bed. My only issues with these were the set up. 1) They need to be plugged in to set up. Which makes perfect sense but the QR code that you need to scan is on the bottom of the outlet so I had to get on the floor and lay under it while pointing my phone at the code. Uncomfortable and awkward but forgivable. 2) Set up with the Home app on an iPhone (Mine) and an IPad (girlfriends) was annoying and overly complicated.

> 3 dayIve had a few days playing with the VOCOlinc Smart Plug Mini 2 pack. The integration with my HomeKit system was easy within the Apple Home app. Once installed, I opened the Vocolinc app to see what other features are available with the devices. Once I selected the devices, they prompted me to download the latest firmware, which installed fast and without any issue. The only other feature I can see that the app provides is a timer to turn on or off the device. I will most likely use the smart plugs with HomeKit only and integrate them with my automation and scenes. Im currently using them to power lamps in my office. They also work great to automate a Christmas tree when the time comes. Pros: -Easy Setup -Small footprint you can fit two in one wall outlet -VOCOlinc updates the firmware frequently, giving me hope that they will patch any security vulnerabilities that arise. -Works with all popular smart home platforms -It comes with two devices per pack saving on cost when you need more than one. Cons: -None Yet

> 3 dayItem arrived as described. I am a VOCOlinc user so have used their bulbs and their smart power surge before. So figured I would order this well since we are moving into a bigger place and want our home to be a smart home. Used it both with Google assistant and Apple Siri to plug in our lamps to it and it works great. We wanted to hook it up to our VItamix or coffee maker but not sure it will work with them because it turns the outlet on with our voice command but not the machines since they arent smart. But the product is good quality as expected and am about to try their Humidifier next. Definitely would recommend for smart home integration. Gave it 4 because I feel that it should be able to do more than just turn the outlet on.

> 3 dayWow...easy easy and works tons better than WEMO. I have over 20 WEMO devices, they are so finicky. Especially with Homekit. I cant praise them enough. Plus it integrates with Alexa, etc.. Look no further, buy these. I bought them for a very unique feature. These plugs have a reboot feature. What does this mean? Well, you can set the plug to turn off and then after a set time, turn back on automatically. So many electronic devices need to be rebooted to work correct, right??? Well, sometimes my Spectrum Modem starts to slow down. Super annoying, only fix is turn off for 30 seconds and turn back on. Now instead of unplugging each device, which are under a bench, I can just do it with my phone and my speeds are back to normal!! Thanks for making this feature!!!

> 3 dayBought it to replace the older generation smart plug which went bad due to difference in Amp. This one works like a charm the only issue is, it takes a bit time to figure out; if in case you want to automate or schedule it.

Greater than one weekI have had 4 different companies of smart plugs and this by far beats the competition! For one you get 2 for the price of one from other companies! The price point is perfect to give any outdated, boring light/plug-in a smart home upgrade. The device was extremely easy to set up and the connection stays strong, especially compared to my Wemo smart plug (requires a hub) and iHome smart plug, both of which often lose signal and disconnect all the time, making them inoperable most of the time. The smart plug has had no issues! The design is more compact and smaller than my other smart plugs and has a two toned gray & white design that’s attractive to the eye and not distracting. It took me a matter of minutes to connect this to HomeKit, Alexa & Google! Also, no hub required! By far the best smart plug on the market.
