I wanted to leave a review because I was uncertain whether or not this would work after reading other reviews. I did purchase the large bottle because I wanted the best deal on per unit cost. Heres my experience: first day took 4 in the afternoon (because I didnt want to have my sleep interrupted) and cramped quite a bit on and off for 24 hours (this was because it was starting to work and did work fairly quickly before bedtime. Next day took only two and not much else happened. Days 3 4 and 5 I took 5 before bedtime (as directed on the bottle) and purged regularly throughout the day. Today is Day six and must say that I am amazed at how much was in there and how much less bloated I am (all the way up to my ribcage - my entire insides feel lighter and cleaner because they are! My only question is Im not sure when the cleanse will be over, but I do plan on continuing for another day or two. After this Ive been recommended to take probiotics to put healthy bacteria in my system.

I ran out of the product a few weeks ago. When I ordered Mag O7 Oxygen Digestive System Cleanser Capsules, the product was delayed for a week. I havent gone #2 since I ran out, at least two weeks. Finally, they arrived yesterday. I took seven capsules last night and was thoroughly cleaned out by morning. I would be very sick if it were not for Mag O7 Oxygen Digestive System Cleanser Capsules. I have been using them for at least a year ago.

I have been suffering from constipation since I can remember. I also have been trying EVERYTHING I can possibly think of; nothing has worked for me. Until an acupuncturist introduced the Mag O to me last year. From the start, It has been working well for me. First, I took 5 capsule for one week, then, I find that sometimes I need 3 every night; others 2 capsules, and other times just 1. I feel as if I was born again, being regular without any of the little discomfort of other medication for constipation even if the discomfort is just a minor one. This magnesium doesnt cause any feeling whatsoever, it is as if we havent take anything, just go to the bathroom everyday as if my system have always been that way. I am in my third bottle and if there is anything I can say I would take forever, if I needed too, it would be this Mag O. However, I expect to training my system to be independent at one point in time. I want to keep my research though, to make sure that there is nos side effects in the long run, but magnesium has been good and safe in general anyways. I have been more than happy to RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I know, who have been suffering as did, and I also hope that this review can reach others that I dont know personally, but hey, I wish the best for anyone in need... These came in on prime in just a couple of days. I’d used magnesium oxide powder and capsules before and realized I never got the results others mentioned they were getting. I finally ordered these. Man, what a difference. Took 3 capsules the first night and I’ve been in and out of the bathroom several times today (and often I’ve gone longer than a week trying to go due to constipation issues). No stress, no stomach upset, just a natural urge to go, sit, deliver!! And up and out in just a few minutes, rather than trying to strain and move to try and get digestion moving. Haven’t had anything work like this in ages. I ordered the 180 size and intend on keeping them around.

Was introduced to this product by a friend a few years ago, it meet with my expectations

Our daughter who is 3 years old has been suffering constipation since she was a little baby. Weve done everything to ensure that she has enough fiber and water, but that wasnt enough. It turns out she was actively withholding from pooping. The pediatrician and Pediatric GI both concluded that she most like had a painful bowel movement and as a result, is holding her poop. By holding her poop, her colon grows and her feeling to go poop diminishes so she goes on longer and longer. Basically a downward spiral. This has been completely heartbreaking and aggravating for us. Weve tried toy/ice cream incentives. Weve tried Miralax. Milk of Magnesia. While Miralax helped, she complained of tummy aches. Milk of Magnesia was fine as it kept her stools soft, but not more than that. A parent of a child at my daughters school recommended Mag 07 as she had the same issue as our daughter. So we have been putting 2 1/2 pills in her bottle of milk before each night (we break open the capsules and make sure it is mixed in well). She hasnt complained of tummy aches and her stools remain soft. Now we are just at the point of waiting for her to break the cycle of being afraid of pooping. She definitely cries less now when she poops and seems less scared, but she is still holding back. We will continue the Mag 07 and just hope for the best.
