This is the first product review I have ever shared, however, I am so pleased with this product- i feel the need to share my success story. First, I will try to spare the disgusting details. It is clear that my digestive system does not work properly. The doctor told me I need to eat more fiber, however, that didnt make sense as I am a vegetarian and with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables my fiber intake is pretty high. My body has been holding on to waste so long, I experience stomach pain and nausea every time I eat food. I am not sure if there is a connection but I was also having regular headaches, trouble sleeping, rapid weight gain and a face prone to more breakouts than in the past. Other reviews suggest they saw results the next day and did not need to take 5 pills, so I started with three pills at night and I drank plenty of water. I did feel the tummy rumblings but the next day, I did not see results and I was discouraged. My second evening, I went ahead and took five and drank lots of water. I saw results on the third day, not a massive elimination event, like others have experienced, but it did work and I hadnt been able to go for at least a week before I ordered these. I have been maintaining a constant 3 pills since Id started and continue to have regular movements (multiple a day). Since I started 5 days ago, I have lost nearly 5 pounds (my assumption is that is how much waste my body was carrying) and that number continues to drop, I havent had any stomach pains when I eat and my acne is clearing up. This has been a life saver for me and worth the expense. I feel so much better. I hope this review encourages anyone that is questioning whether to purchase this. I highly recommend!

There was definitely a learning curve using this product. I have IBS-C and this product is extremely helpful relieving those symptoms. After some trial and error, I learned to take three every night at 9 o’clock. Within an hour I’m really sleepy and in the morning I’m able to go to the bathroom no cramping or really any kind of discomfort. The added benefit of magnesium for sleep is really appreciated since I’ve had insomnia for years. I checked with my doctor and she said that I can use this product daily, not just for a cleanse and detox. She wants to test my potassium levels in a couple of months so perhaps keep an eye on that if you want to use it every day. The magnesium is safe at that level to use daily. All in all, this product is far superior to anything else I have tried to relieve my IBS-C symptoms. Would definitely recommend it with the recommendation that you have to learn how to use it and adjust the levels for your own situation.

Was introduced to this product by a friend a few years ago, it meet with my expectations

Ive been using this product for 4 months, and it consistently allows me to empty my bowel. I take 3 pills at night, and within an hour of getting up the next morning, I am in the bathroom, and it is quick, painless, and surprisingly effective. I have struggled with constipation issues most of my adult life, usually getting temporary when I changed my diet, but after time, my body always ended up in hoarding mode, meaning, I just didnt go. While I wish I could go without the aid of pills, at least these pills work, and they are much less uncomfortable than taking laxatives. Another benefit is, Im not waiting around the house all morning, like I had to with laxatives. This is kind of a one and done thing. Glad I found these, and as someone who has tried many different products, I highly recommend these pills.

I have been prescribed a medication that results in chronic constipation. Just one of these each evening keeps things moving along without cramping or other harsh side effects.

Our daughter who is 3 years old has been suffering constipation since she was a little baby. Weve done everything to ensure that she has enough fiber and water, but that wasnt enough. It turns out she was actively withholding from pooping. The pediatrician and Pediatric GI both concluded that she most like had a painful bowel movement and as a result, is holding her poop. By holding her poop, her colon grows and her feeling to go poop diminishes so she goes on longer and longer. Basically a downward spiral. This has been completely heartbreaking and aggravating for us. Weve tried toy/ice cream incentives. Weve tried Miralax. Milk of Magnesia. While Miralax helped, she complained of tummy aches. Milk of Magnesia was fine as it kept her stools soft, but not more than that. A parent of a child at my daughters school recommended Mag 07 as she had the same issue as our daughter. So we have been putting 2 1/2 pills in her bottle of milk before each night (we break open the capsules and make sure it is mixed in well). She hasnt complained of tummy aches and her stools remain soft. Now we are just at the point of waiting for her to break the cycle of being afraid of pooping. She definitely cries less now when she poops and seems less scared, but she is still holding back. We will continue the Mag 07 and just hope for the best.

I absolutely love this product. I do a cleanse one a month. It’s very gentle and you will definitely go, usually 8 to 10 hours after you take it. It’s a natural go, it’s not like you have run to the restroom with no control.

It’s a good product

Its laxative effect was what I needed. However it made my chronic migraines worse. I was extremely nauseous. So I cant take it daily, which is a disappointment because I purchased it to cleanse/detox.

This product was recommended to me by a friend and I am blown away. I wasnt having consistent bowl movements and once I started taking this, I am now eliminating every morning and feel less bloated and healthier. I would tell everyone to get this product. Magnesium is key and so many of us are deficient, but this one is the holy grail!
