Ive been using this product for 4 months, and it consistently allows me to empty my bowel. I take 3 pills at night, and within an hour of getting up the next morning, I am in the bathroom, and it is quick, painless, and surprisingly effective. I have struggled with constipation issues most of my adult life, usually getting temporary when I changed my diet, but after time, my body always ended up in hoarding mode, meaning, I just didnt go. While I wish I could go without the aid of pills, at least these pills work, and they are much less uncomfortable than taking laxatives. Another benefit is, Im not waiting around the house all morning, like I had to with laxatives. This is kind of a one and done thing. Glad I found these, and as someone who has tried many different products, I highly recommend these pills.

Its laxative effect was what I needed. However it made my chronic migraines worse. I was extremely nauseous. So I cant take it daily, which is a disappointment because I purchased it to cleanse/detox.

This does not cause much cramping if you find the right dose for you. And let’s be honest, cramps are contractions, sometimes we need just a little. ..,I will take two for a few days and then if that doesn’t work as much as I’d like, I’ll take three. (Three does seem to be good amount for me but will dial it back, depending). My mom only takes one and it works for her! I take it at night and in the morning, good to go! Nothing else has working for me. Laxatives do cramp! And they don’t feel healthy and habit forming. Psyllium husks made me bloat. I can’t recommend this enough.

The first time I purchase this product, I was very happy with the cleanse and actually, saw a weight loss. The second time I ordered Mag07, the package label had changed and the product didnt work as well, as my first order. Not sure if the product changed as the label did...I had previous bragged so much about the product and thought that perhaps it was just me. So I gave a friend a few to try, she said, the product didnt work for her either.

I have been suffering from constipation since I can remember. I also have been trying EVERYTHING I can possibly think of; nothing has worked for me. Until an acupuncturist introduced the Mag O to me last year. From the start, It has been working well for me. First, I took 5 capsule for one week, then, I find that sometimes I need 3 every night; others 2 capsules, and other times just 1. I feel as if I was born again, being regular without any of the little discomfort of other medication for constipation even if the discomfort is just a minor one. This magnesium doesnt cause any feeling whatsoever, it is as if we havent take anything, just go to the bathroom everyday as if my system have always been that way. I am in my third bottle and if there is anything I can say I would take forever, if I needed too, it would be this Mag O. However, I expect to training my system to be independent at one point in time. I want to keep my research though, to make sure that there is nos side effects in the long run, but magnesium has been good and safe in general anyways. I have been more than happy to RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I know, who have been suffering as did, and I also hope that this review can reach others that I dont know personally, but hey, I wish the best for anyone in need... I have IBS and this is the only thing that helps me pass food through my system. Take it with metamucil if your stools are pure water.

This stuff works! But not everyone works the same way. It only takes 3 for hubby to flush out while it takes me 5. Helps with the bloating especially if you’re constipated.
