Been using over a year. I go more frequently with out it. No cramping!!!! Drink water. No taste but after a while of using it i have to take with saltine crackes and water! My grandmother used it now and has lower blood pressure and less joint pain but she consulted her doctor. She is 75 and loves it First time I used I took 3 and it made me gassy and I didnt like it. The second time I took 5 and it felt like I was peeing out my rear. Now I only take as needed when I do a monthy cleasnse! After the please I usually go no meat for a week. I have used this product over the years, and I would recommend it if you were looking for assistance with a good clean out. You will need to figure out what is the right amount for your body, but once you do get ready. If you take it at night before you go to bed (and follow the directions) by the time you wake up, you will need to make sure there is a porcelain throne nearby. It will definitely get the job done!

This works, and fast - about 6 hours.

I was told that taking Magnesium would help to keep me regular, and it does. This is my 3rd bottle and I will continue to order. I do recommend starting with 1 tablet, and build up from there. My first time I took 3 tablets and that was a huge mistake!
