I take these daily. As a women who struggles with bowel issues, if I don’t take this supplement I normally will go 7-14 days without using the bathroom. These do not give me ANY discomfort unlike many laxatives do. I honestly cannot live without this stuff!

Works as expected, but I normally have to take five.

This works nice a mildly. No sudden bathroom emergencies. Easy on the system.

I finally found an eating plan that worked for me--intermittent fasting. What does that have to do with these little caps? Well, I thought I was going to have to abandon this eating plan because the fasting days caused my digestive system to basically stop. After a few months I finally reached a point where the ol system hadnt budged for an entire week. Talk about discomfort. Also, I began having dizzy spells that would ruin any plans I had for the day. Long story short, I was miserable and about to give up this plan I loved. Then I found these guys! Miracle caps! I read tons of Amazon reviews and several people warned that you should start slow and see how you react, so the first night I took two and anxiously waited for results. NOTHING. The next night I took three and thought for sure itd work this time. Nope. The third night, pretty desperate at this point, I took the full five caplets. The next day, FINALLY, I had relief. Absolutely no cramping. I just had to go. Ive tried eating more fiber and Ive tried laxatives. Fiber doesnt work, and laxatives give me horrible cramps. In comparison, these pills are a godsend. Since then, I have found what works best for me is to take two caplets in every morning. Taking them before bed doesnt seem to work as well for me. I will say that since they work so well, sometimes if I know I have meetings all morning, etc., Ill wait to take them till noon, because they work pretty quickly for me. Occasionally Ill forget to take them and end up in discomfort for a few days, and in those cases I sometimes take an extra cap before bed, or three in the morning. I try not to do it too often since on occasion Ive taken too many and ended up in the bathroom a little too much. But overall, they have made everything so much better. I always had an irregular system, even before I began the intermittent fasting plan, and these pills have made everything so much better.

I have not been able to go regularly since 2017. I am in the process of getting worked up by a doctor however it is taking a long time due to lengthy deployments and most recently, COVID-19. If youre like me and are reading these reviews, its to make sure that dropping a sizeable sum on a product so you can unleash your bowels doesnt get thrown away on junk products, much like Ive spent my money on too. Well, I hope this helps you out too. I am ZERO interested in the “oxygen cleanse” business. I am ZERO worried about “toxic buildup” or whatever the heck the reason is people want this stuff. My sole goal here is to relieve my bowels regularly. Good ole fashioned poopin’. What doesnt work for me: - Staying Hydrated - taking psyllium husk - eating less meat - eating more veg - probiotics - 5 grams of glutamine is somebodys magic potion - PHGG - adding or subtracting things from my diet - suppositories - daily biscodyl - waiting - Daily Linzess - Daily Motegrity - complaining - hoping - wishing The only thing these things did for me was give me a mental sense of irrational hope that has drained my soul slowly. Its frustrating as hell and I hate it. I can take double the dose of Linzess once a week to clean out but that sucks and is painful. I can take 5 biscodyl and it hurts too. This is unsustainable. What I did do was try this product out. Please assume that I stay very hydrated (3+ litres of water a day). Night 1: 3 caps at bedtime nothing the next day. Night 2: 4 caps at bedtime nothing the next day Night 3: 4 caps at bedtime, Motegrity with breakfast, all the stuff was gone the next day. Night 4: 4 caps at bedtime; all the stuff came out the next day. Night 5 through now: 3 at bedtime, 3 in the morning, all the stuff comes out the next day. After nearly 4 weeks of using this, I am pleased that I havent had to take any other medication, OTC or prescription, since 1 Motegrity when I started out. No chemicals other than whats in Mag07 to have my wretched, problematic bowels finally get rid of food waste. I am so happy that I could almost cry. With Mag07 and an upcoming Sitzmarker Study in July, I feel hopeful that there are solutions available for me. The hope and relief are worth the price. My only problem with this product is that some caps broke open during shipping and get fine, white powder on everything as I take them out of the bottle. That fifth star for this review is the white powder that gets all over my clothes. —- update on June 6, 2021 —- 3 in the morning works just fine now. —- update on July 20, 2021 —- 3 in the morning still does the job. I am on jar 3 of the capsules.

I have used this product over the years, and I would recommend it if you were looking for assistance with a good clean out. You will need to figure out what is the right amount for your body, but once you do get ready. If you take it at night before you go to bed (and follow the directions) by the time you wake up, you will need to make sure there is a porcelain throne nearby. It will definitely get the job done!

I started with 4 pills & went to 5 pills. Needed to drink a glass of warm/hot water in the morning & in a couple more hours things finally began to move. I liked that I never had pain or discomfort. I always had time to get to the restroom. No spills or explosions. No painful anus. It felt thorough, but gentle. I wore an adult diaper the 1st couple days because “never trust a fart” review & I needed to go to work. They weren’t necessary, thank goodness. Previously, I had tried eating lentils, drinking 80 ounces of water a day, mineral oil & exlax on separate occasions for a couple weeks to no avail. None. Couldn’t find the liquid magnesium citrate bottles which would be painful for my particular bladder anyway. So, things were uncomfortable & building up. I found, for me, it was still important to eat wisely & healthy for the magO to work. No constipating foods. After 10 days I went to zero pills & nothing happened for a day or 2. I began to take 2 magO at night & needed the help of a stool softener with it to make it work again. Going through a stressful season of life, so hoping I don’t need as much help in a few weeks. Saw my Dr & she said the magO was completely safe to take. Thankful I found this helpful, gentle solution!

This product to ME isnt as THOROUGH as a Salt Water Flush. However, since I cant tolerate the taste and torture of swallowing 2 teaspoons of Non Iodine Salt mixed with 1 Quart of warm water, which is taken first thing in the morning after taking Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move Tea last thing the night before, I decided to try Mag07. Mag07 is very delicate and gentle. I took 5 right off the back the first night I tried them. I was able to sleep through the night and when I woke up to my first mornings urine, I still didnt have the urge to run in the Race. Then, after drinking a cup of hot tea, I was ready to run in the Race! I got to the Starters Line on my Royal Throne and ran the Race with ease. I ran only one Race , which wasnt crampy or uncomfortable and the Mag07s let me run the Race at my own pace, it wasnt bossy and pushing everything out the way like the Salt Water Flush which also forces one to run more than one Race that morning within 10-15mins of each other hehehe! I will continue to use this product because it isnt bossy, it lets you run the Race with comfort and ease. I even gave 5, the first night, to my teenage son and he even slept through the night and ran his own Race when he got ready and wasnt bullied. Mag07 will be a part of my life forever and will be a part of my sons life as long as hes under my rule LOL!
