This product to ME isnt as THOROUGH as a Salt Water Flush. We use these on the regular and they absolutely work. For me it takes a couple of days for effects, but for my other half it works almost instantly.

This was a natural resource for constipation. I am an extreme anemic and when I tell you my iron infusions makes me, well not able to go, its an uncomfortable feeling. This stuff is truly a Godsend! I happened to read about it on a BabyCenter.com forum when I was searching desperately for something to help with our 2-year olds constipation. We had tried everything! Ive been using this product for 4 months, and it consistently allows me to empty my bowel. I take 3 pills at night, and within an hour of getting up the next morning, I am in the bathroom, and it is quick, painless, and surprisingly effective. This is the first product review I have ever shared, however, I am so pleased with this product- i feel the need to share my success story. First, I will try to spare the disgusting details. It is clear that my digestive system does not work properly. The doctor told me I need to eat more fiber, however, that didnt make sense as I am a vegetarian and with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables my fiber intake is pretty high. My body has been holding on to waste so long, I experience stomach pain and nausea every time I eat food. I am not sure if there is a connection but I was also having regular headaches, trouble sleeping, rapid weight gain and a face prone to more breakouts than in the past. Other reviews suggest they saw results the next day and did not need to take 5 pills, so I started with three pills at night and I drank plenty of water. I did feel the tummy rumblings but the next day, I did not see results and I was discouraged. My second evening, I went ahead and took five and drank lots of water. I saw results on the third day, not a massive elimination event, like others have experienced, but it did work and I hadnt been able to go for at least a week before I ordered these. I actually opened the pills and added them to water upon suggestion of one of my nurse friends. Works much faster this way but youll have to hurry up and try and drink it. Not the best taste but gets the job done. I would order again.

My digestive system is tough but this product works! It doesnt cramp my stomach or give me unexpected urges.
