I cant stand taking exlax and will only do so in a pinch as it gives horrid cramps with little results. This stuff? It works. For best results, take the pills on an empty stomach and take some lemon juice in a full glass of warm water with them to get them going. I am sure the golden dosage varies from person to person. One tablet may work immediately for some while others need 6-7 a day for a couple of days. So start out low and increase the dose if no effect. If I am seriously in need of clearing out, I will take 5 of these babies along with about 3-4 pills of cascara sagrada (usually found at wal-mart and cheap). Expect to stay home. This is usually after being on vacation and coming home with a bloated, constipated belly from restaurant food. I used to take the Oxypowder pills and swore by them but this is a cheaper option and also works. I have read reviews on this product on other websites giving it low ratings...because it was not an effective weight loss tool. Seriously? Dont take this as a diet pill! Its not a diet pill...any weight loss is your own feces stored in your colon, not the fat on your thighs. Its for constipation. Use it for that.

I have used this product over the years, and I would recommend it if you were looking for assistance with a good clean out. You will need to figure out what is the right amount for your body, but once you do get ready. If you take it at night before you go to bed (and follow the directions) by the time you wake up, you will need to make sure there is a porcelain throne nearby. It will definitely get the job done!

*This review may be somewhat graphic if you are uncomfortable talking about bowel movements* I started using this recently after hearing an ad on the radio. I have been struggling with constipation from medication for a long time and have used many different products. Recently I was blocked up so bad I literally could not gather the strength to push. I was out of steam and just could not go. I said to myself I was not going to struggle anymore and find something to flush me out. I bought this and at first I took 3 at night, but nothing happened. So I upped it to 5. No change, so I took 7 the next night. I woke up a few times very thirsty and drank a lot of water. When I woke up, I felt that I may have to go. It was not a overwhelming I dont know if I can make it to the bathroom type feeling. There was no cramping, just a little gas. But wow, the floodgates opened and with hardly any straining or pushing at all, everything came out. I went 4 or 5 more times that day. It liquefied the whole blockage very gently with no uncomfortable cramping. I felt so much better inside and relieved that I didnt have to worry about how I was going to get through my next movement. People who suffer from constant constipation know what I mean. I take 3 every day and maybe 5 when I feel I need it. I have never strained or felt uncomfortable since. If you are suffering please try it, and if it doesnt work keep upping the dose until it happens and make sure to drink a lot of water! It needs water to work. If you are worried about the quality because of the lower price, do not, this works just the same as the more expensive product. I have used both and cant tell the difference.

This cleanser was recommended by the author of the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse, to help those who werent having productive BMs during the cleanse. I was one of those people. I typically shy away from, or dont trust products such as these because of the painful cramping that some give. This is definitely different. When its time to go, you just know. Theres is little movement in your stomach and you know its time. I like the fact that you dont cramp up, but theres a small risk of not reading your symptoms correctly. The reason for the 4 stars... The time frame in which the pills are supposed to work was never the same. The directions tell you to take 3-5 pills on an empty stomach before bedtime, with 8-12 ounces of water. The desired effect is supposed to occur after your good nights sleep. I took three pills and followed the other directions. The first time I used it, it took 8 hours to work. So, the next two times I took them, I expected the same. Instead, the second time, I was up about 4 hours into the night, and the third time, it was working after 3 hours. It was frustrating to lose sleep and kind of worry about getting back into bed. Im glad the stuff worked, but it was hard to gauge the time frame, and plan accordingly. I would definitely recommend the product, but would ask you to be aware of some of the quirks.

I LOVE Mag07, I started taking these about 3 months ago, my mom had a bottle that she didnt finish and I told her I was trying to detox and maintain a healthier lifestyle. She suggested i try the rest of her pills that she had left over from a diet she was on. Needless to say these pills became a fast favorite of mine. I took the max dose which is 5 pills at night on an empty stomach. I know its hard for some people to have an empty stomach at the end of the night buy the way I did it was, I ate dinner no later than 6 p.m. this way when 9 or 10 p.m came around my belly was empty and I had a bit of a hunger feeling. Then I would take the pills (all 5) and drink A TON of water with it. I know people would say why drink that much water right before bed, well take the pills at least a hour prior to bed, this way you can expel some of the water you just drank. By the next morning you will surely move your bowls, no stomach pains, or anything like that (which is why I like these pills) but you will have the non painful urge to go to the bathroom. and you may loose a few pounds in the process.

I finally found an eating plan that worked for me--intermittent fasting. What does that have to do with these little caps? Well, I thought I was going to have to abandon this eating plan because the fasting days caused my digestive system to basically stop. After a few months I finally reached a point where the ol system hadnt budged for an entire week. Talk about discomfort. Also, I began having dizzy spells that would ruin any plans I had for the day. Long story short, I was miserable and about to give up this plan I loved. Then I found these guys! Miracle caps! I read tons of Amazon reviews and several people warned that you should start slow and see how you react, so the first night I took two and anxiously waited for results. NOTHING. The next night I took three and thought for sure itd work this time. Nope. The third night, pretty desperate at this point, I took the full five caplets. The next day, FINALLY, I had relief. Absolutely no cramping. I just had to go. Ive tried eating more fiber and Ive tried laxatives. Fiber doesnt work, and laxatives give me horrible cramps. In comparison, these pills are a godsend. Since then, I have found what works best for me is to take two caplets in every morning. Taking them before bed doesnt seem to work as well for me. I will say that since they work so well, sometimes if I know I have meetings all morning, etc., Ill wait to take them till noon, because they work pretty quickly for me. Occasionally Ill forget to take them and end up in discomfort for a few days, and in those cases I sometimes take an extra cap before bed, or three in the morning. I try not to do it too often since on occasion Ive taken too many and ended up in the bathroom a little too much. But overall, they have made everything so much better. I always had an irregular system, even before I began the intermittent fasting plan, and these pills have made everything so much better.

Ive been cleansing for over 15 yrs and have used various products. Herbal types can cause cramping and is why I prefer oxygenated cleansers. The magnesium does its job softening and the oxygenated literally liquefies what needs to be cleaned. Years ago I was told, if you are cleansing, within the 1st hour of waking, do not be far from a restroom. I chose this product on recommendation and because I can get a large quantity (180) in a bottle.

My sis just put me on to this and the first 3 days I took 5 at night literally cleaned me out. She told me its like a brillo pad for ur tummy and she was absolutely right. Im currently in my second week only taking 3 a day so far so good. Every morning u got an appt with ur toilet, FYI lol if ur butt gets a Lil sore from all the pooping just soak in a bath u will feel much better.

I had heard mention of this product first from Dr. Oz, second from JJ Smith, and then third from a relative. I had looked for it in local pharmacy areas but had no luck. The amazing Amazon carries everything right. Now review of the product, the reason you are reading: let me say, Ive been dx with IBS w/ constipation and GERD. So, when you hear of anything that will get you moving and keep you moving is all that and a must have. Having stubborn bowels is and has been a problem for me for as long as I can remember. I am a Linzess user as well. The plus of this product it is w/o a Rx. My first usage was kinda scary. It gave me diarrhea after taking the suggested 5 capsules. Could very well have been from taken the Linzess that morning. Im not sure. Please be advised that these are very LARGE capsules. I have a hate relationship w/ pills period, I hate taking them for whatever reason. Gag reflex thing. But anyway, since gummies are not an option on all my pills I will continue gagging. The next night because of fear I only had taken two capsules with nothing happening at all. The third evening I went back to five and the next morning had a go but was disappointed. If youre anything like me you want to see something bc u know its in there. As Im writing this is my fourth day and cant say I have a like or dislike as far as the cleansing. Mayb not enough water before and after. Will try that. I can say though, I have not had to take my omeprazole at all. And its prescribed twice a day. No heartburns or indigestion. Loving that. Also, the belly I knew I had under all that bloat was a welcome to see. I have not taken the Linzess to give this product a fair review. Also, I do take digestive enzymes which helps also with the less bloating. As we all know everyones system is different but because my relative and I have similar bowel situations and she swears by this product. Im going to stick with it. What do I have to lose???!!!
