> 24 hourIve been cleansing for over 15 yrs and have used various products. Herbal types can cause cramping and is why I prefer oxygenated cleansers. The magnesium does its job softening and the oxygenated literally liquefies what needs to be cleaned. Years ago I was told, if you are cleansing, within the 1st hour of waking, do not be far from a restroom. I chose this product on recommendation and because I can get a large quantity (180) in a bottle.

> 24 hourI’ve been chronically constipated since birth, basically. I’ve got some gut issues, and it’s difficult to find things that will help, and often when something DOES help or I DO have a movement it’s not enough. I’ll not poop for a week (literally) and then finally when I do, it’s like what a chihuahua would poop. I am forever very bloated, sluggish, and uncomfortable. BUT, last night I took 3 of these, and I thought they didn’t work, maybe they needed to be taken for like a week to get your body used to it or maybe I didn’t take enough? so tonight I took 5. Well, surely due to the 3 I had taken last night (as it would be too soon for the 5 tonight to work), I suddenly had to go, not 10 mins after the 5 I took. Not like, emergency need to go, but probably what a normal person feels like when they have to go! And I POOPED!! and it was GLORIOUS!! It wasn’t diarrhea. It was a regular poop. A regular amount! Which, I can feel is not enough for 30 years of being backed up, but it feels nice to have some relief. Hopefully 5 isn’t too much for me tomorrow and i’m not on the toilet in agony, but i’ll keep taking these and hopefully start to become “regular” and FINALLY get the feeling women in tampon commercials seem to get, with their cartwheels and twirls, except mine will be because of empty bowels. So far so good! Very happy to have pooped tonight. UPDATE: 5 pills is too many pills for a bathroom that shares a wall with your in-laws.

> 24 hourAs a woman in her 60s, I am frequently troubled by constipation. Laxatives are not the way to go. Mag 07 guarantees morning eliimination, painlessly and without troublesome side effects. Ive given samples to my friends and now they are all using it. For me, I need 2. Sometimes I can skip a day and then sometimes I need 3. That is the top limit though. One of my friends says 1 per night and life is perfect. The best way to take this is at night with a big glass of water. Over time, your entire tract will be squeaky clean. Ive used this product for 5 years steadily. This may be TMI, (but the topic is pooping after all), but I never had smelly gas. Fluff, yes, but no odors. Im out of the country now and made sure I took plenty with me. If you have medical concerns, show the product to your doctor. All my friends did, and they got the thumbs up. Magnesium is a needed mineral and the vast majority of Americans are deficient. Note that this particular form does not provide much magnesium to correct deficiency, though. It is primarily for treating constipation.

> 24 hourOthers did not work. Finally, doctor suggested this OTC one. Worked first night and every night since but during hours of sleep which means sleep interruption. Caution: Might not be for you if there is danger of you falling during middle of night. (directions say take it before bedtime).

> 24 hourI started with 4 pills & went to 5 pills. Needed to drink a glass of warm/hot water in the morning & in a couple more hours things finally began to move. I liked that I never had pain or discomfort. I always had time to get to the restroom. No spills or explosions. No painful anus. It felt thorough, but gentle. I wore an adult diaper the 1st couple days because “never trust a fart” review & I needed to go to work. They weren’t necessary, thank goodness. Previously, I had tried eating lentils, drinking 80 ounces of water a day, mineral oil & exlax on separate occasions for a couple weeks to no avail. None. Couldn’t find the liquid magnesium citrate bottles which would be painful for my particular bladder anyway. So, things were uncomfortable & building up. I found, for me, it was still important to eat wisely & healthy for the magO to work. No constipating foods. After 10 days I went to zero pills & nothing happened for a day or 2. I began to take 2 magO at night & needed the help of a stool softener with it to make it work again. Going through a stressful season of life, so hoping I don’t need as much help in a few weeks. Saw my Dr & she said the magO was completely safe to take. Thankful I found this helpful, gentle solution!

> 24 hourI was told that taking Magnesium would help to keep me regular, and it does. This is my 3rd bottle and I will continue to order. I do recommend starting with 1 tablet, and build up from there. My first time I took 3 tablets and that was a huge mistake!

> 24 hourDue to my medication, I have been suffering constipation. I usually go buy Mag Citrate in liquid form. However, that was pulled off the shelves for microbial contamination. Every alternative was not working. I tried fiber rich foods, OTC medication, prescribed medication, natural remedies. NOTHING worked, and i was afraid Id be hospitalized if i could not find a remedy. A family member kept suggesting I tried Mag O7. I brushed it off and kept trying to find a solution on my own. One day, this arrived in the mail. I tried it and WOW!!! This baby worked like magic!! I took three that night and one the next morning. The pills were not too big thus very easy to swallow. There was no after taste and I was very much relieved. Since I had a lot of built in back up, I repeated the next night to have the same results. I reduced my intake to two pills at night and one pill in the morning and it worked like a charm the next morning. I am fortunate that I can be at home so it doesnt catch me off guard. If anyone is not familiar with this and unable to have the luxury of bathroom access at will, then I would suggest taking one pill at night. Or wait until the day before there is a day of rest (ie off day) to become accustomed to how it works. Nevertheless, rest easy knowing it will work.
