Unpacked the X-Plus printer in about 15 minutes and took about 20 minutes to set it up to print. I was really impressed with the print quality even on thin sections. I love the magnetic plate, it makes it so easy to release the print from the bed; no more scraping with razor blades and putty knives, just flex the plate and boom, the part is released. My previous printer had a Flexion high temperature head and it did a pretty good job, but it was a pain to take out and replace parts like a new nozzle. But with the X-Plus its childs play to replace the print head; remove 4 screws and the plastic cover and it pops out. Since I am going to go between TPU, PLA, and polycarbonate, the time to change heads is a big deal, so I really appreciate the great engineering that went into making that task so easy.

The Qidi X-Plus replaced a less expensive 3D printer I had been using. The difference was night and day. The ease of use and quality of printing is top notch. So is the service. I had a feed and temperature problem with the high temperature extruder, which the company dealt with quickly, including sending a replacement extruder. Qidis service response by email has been prompt. I dont see any printer on the market that can compete with the Qidi X-Plus for the price.

This is my first 3D printer, so my review is from the standpoint of a newbie. The printer came with a lot of tools and a full spool of filament. I have to say its super friendly user, the customer service is excellent. It took me a few months to gain the courage to make my first print but with Lindas support I was able to overcome my fears and juts enjoy the learning process. I know I have acquire a great tool for my business.

I am new to 3D printing, and this is my first printer. I had been researching many brands and models, most in a much higher price range. I stumbled across this brand. I was very pleased with the specifications. This printer has a great resolution and the ability to print with various filaments. For my purposes, the X-Plus seemed to be a good fit because of the size capability. The manual is easy to follow. The printer was very simple to set up. Within no time, I was printing the test print which turned out very nice. I printed the same test a second time to verify repeatability. I was very pleased with the comparison in measurements between the two tests. I have only printed a handful of objects as I am still learning the software side, but they have all turned out well. When I emailed their customer service to receive the second extruder, I received a response within a couple of hours stating the needed information. The next day, they provided the shipping information for the second extruder. From what I was reading on the Facebook group, their customer service is second to none. I did receive an error message the first time I was preheating the nozzle and the bed. I stopped the preheat. I restarted the preheat and did not receive another error message but decided to contact customer service, since it was brand new. Again, they quickly responded with details of the cause and provided a firmware update, which only took a second to load. I have not experienced that error since. Again, great communications with their customer service. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I have had nothing but good experience with the X-Plus so far. My prints are turning out Amazing With little to no adjustments. They were super quick sending me Extruder B and Linda has been awesome helping me with questions about the printer! Will not hesitate to do business with Qidi-Tech again!

I am happy with the printer and customer support. Even though the regular extruder had an issue while installation, the high temp extruder worked for my project. And customer support promised to send a new one. Over all, this printer is good for beginners

I have been looking at 3D printers for a few years now and never could decide. Almost decided on one then I came across QidiTech. Glad I waited. The size is perfect for my needs. Seriously, I opened the box, did the leveling, loaded the filament, and within minutes, I was printing. I have had a few questions along the way and QidiTech support was right there with the solutions. I upgraded with the filament runout sensor and they walked me through it step-by-step. I couldnt be more pleased with this printer. I have a friend who has another brand and he says my prints look great compared to his. If youre on the fence, just buy this. You wont regret it.

I bought a X-Plus on a Thursday night and got it the next Monday. The packaging is wisely designed and feels very sturdy. The instruction is well written and the assembling is pretty easy and straightforward (I might be biased here because I watched the unboxing and review video on YouTube before I placed my order). The touch screen is fast responding, accurate and easy to use. The print bed alignment is nearly fully automatic. I chose the fast/recommanded version and all I had to do was just pressing the up and/or down arrow on the touch screen, without the need to tighten or loose any knob. The WIFI setup was also straightforward, though it could only detect my 2.5G WIFI instead of the 5G. I dont regard it as a problem since I always keep on the 2.5G for my Canon printer and some other smart home appliance. Then I quickly took off the preinstalled extruder with bronze nozzle and put on the the high temp one and tested printing out a Wahoo bike mount with Carbon Fiber PC, which I spent so much time with my old printer and always ended up with unsuccessful outcomes which were brittle and broke apart quickly under my torture testing. I was very excited that this time with the same filament but this new WiFi X-plus, the print was really strong and survived all the stresses. The only imperfection is that the there was some unsmoothness around the bottom layer side wall. I tried several different slicing settings and this was rather persistent. So I contacted the customer service listed in both the manual and the front panel of this printer. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and suggested that it could be because I set the extruder too close to the bed. I think she is correct because I noticed the base layer was so tightly adhering to the printing bed and it took much quite some effort to peel off the print. While Im adjusting the nozzle and trying a new print she is patiently slicing and testing printing out my STL file. Though we are still working on the solution to consumate my Wahoo mount print, its already way much better than what I received when I was trying to get some support for my old printer. For the versatile functionalities , and the superior customer service and support, I regard this printer very worth buying. I just feel pity that I didnt buy it at the time when looking for my first 3d printer.

It just works great. I was using a lulzbot mini/cura/octoprint at a 3D printing club and then purchased the qidi for myself. Dont know if the luzbot was old, cura settings were off or what, but my prints on the qidi are much better quality and resolution. This unit has world class build quality and the wifi based software has worked just fine for me. Have not had any technical issues at all so far.

This is the 4th, 3d printer I have bought and by far the best one I have used. The support so far has been amazing, I e-mailed a few questions after ordering just asking basic questions based on reviews and the responses were very fast and extremely helpful. After receiving the printer setup was fast and easy, and I am already on my 1st real print after the calibration cube test print I did. So far the ONLY down side I can see in this printer over far more expensive ones is the lack of a truly autonomous leveling system, it is still manual even if assisted, but honestly its just not that important to me. This printer has HANDS DOWN the best support of any I have bought so far, as well as the best documentation!
