> 3 dayBeyond superior for customer service. They are quick to respond and help you get your printer back up and running. X plus is also a great printer. You can print different materials up to nylon carbon fiber. Excellent printer and ease of use. Cant go wrong with a printer under $700 that allows you to print carbon fiber. More than happy with this machine.

Greater than one weekOne word, Amazing. I have been printing on this printer at least 8 hours a day for the past 2 weeks with no issues. I have used ABS, PLA, and PETG all with amazing results. I love the enclosure and it has a great form and finish. I have had to contact technical support to get a profile for the printer for third party software, they are fast to respond with excellent customer service. All in all an excellent machine.

> 3 dayTech support is very good but continues to have problems with clogging and print quality. Head is too big to view the print process. Ive used different manufacturers PLA and still having issues. For the money im not seeing the value.

> 3 dayWe got this for my 13 year old. It must be easy to use because he has been printing constantly since he received it and everything has turned out great. The level of detail in some of the things he has printed is mind boggling, things turn out perfectly. We did have an issue with the extruder and contacted the company. I was very impressed with their customer service, they really stand behind their product. Now everything is back on track and my son is making everything he can dream up.

> 3 dayI purchased the Qidi X-Plus specifically for printing engineering grade filaments such as CF nylons and CF and normal polycarbonate. Ive been using it for a few weeks and after tuning for specific filaments, I get great results with the above mentioned materials. I did have an initial issue with the printer which was quickly addressed via email. Great customer service and a quality printer.

> 3 dayThis machine is an excellent value for the price! I purchased a Qidi X-Plus last year and its been running like a champ! Definitely a quality of life improvement after using bed slinger printers and setup was a breeze. Fresh out of the box all that was needed was calibrating the Z axis and it was good to go! The second high temp extruder handled nylon carbon fiber beautifully and certain recommend.

10-04-2025I have 2 Qidi printers and love them both. They come assembled so you are just sitting up the software and and loading the filament, which comes in the box. The leveling is easy since the printer takes you through the process. I also really like the flexible, removable print plate which makes it super easy to pop off a print of any size, you just flex and the print is off. I bought extras so I can start a new print within seconds. The touch screen is nice and has an accurate timer so you know when the print will be finished. I found the Qidi has excellent print quality, very happy with my results. When I have had questions the support responds quickly and has taken great care of me. I would recommend this printer.

> 3 dayAs a noobie to the 3D printer world Ive been very happy with this printer. It took a bit of time to get up and running, but the videos on Qidis website were very helpful. I did run into an issue with a clogged printer nozzle, but the email tech support was very quick and helpful and I havent had the issue since. So far ive printed in PLA and nylon. Im looking forward to trying out some of the mode exotic materials. One quick tip is to print on the black side of the surface with glue stick applied. I did my original prints on the other side which looks more correct and had issue with the print adhering far too much. On the black side its been fine. Overall Id recommend this unit to others. Ive heard complaints that you have to use their slicer software, but they have added a bunch of features to it such as tree support and Ive had good results, so I dont think its as big a deal anymore compared to when those reviews were written.

> 3 dayProduct is simplistic to use, but also gives the advanced feel of an advanced 3D printer
