Wow I am impressed with this 3D printer super simple to set up. The software and touch keyboard on machine is so easy to use. It is easier to use than a microwave oven. The printer can be used by a beginner or an expert (preset features are easy, Can adjust many functions manually if needed). I am been impressed with the print Quality. I will definitely recommend this printer.

I am very pleased to own a Qidi X-plus II printer. This the 2nd 3D printer I’ve owned and this by far outperforms the other one. It’s very easy to use and makes quality prints. They also have excellent costumer service to back up this machine. I had some questions regarding a print, and I was getting a response within 12hrs. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone that wants to get into printing at home. It’s not too expensive, but your still getting great quality prints!

I have had this printer for a while now. It is a great printer and has worked almost trouble free except for the bed connector that broke once. However the tech support was great and sent me a replacement quickly. I only wished they would add auto leveling capability, but other than that it works very well especially with ABS. Tech support is very good. They are always available and quick to respond.

This is definitely the 3D printer you want to get if you know nothing about 3D printing but you have common sense. Purchase a compatible slicer software instead of the slicer software provided, follow the instructions and you are good to go.

So I have had only one other printer. An ANYCUBIC Mega S. It was great for 3 months then Quit printing whole pieces. It was a known issue with ways to fix it, but I just dont have the time. So I researched and bought this product. SO far it has been an absolute gem. Some issues with Printing PETG+, but though tech support I was able to find settings that work great. Support has been great, they have upgrade parts, and replacement that you can get within the week. They respond well to email. I have been working on a bunch of long prints with no issues. It really has been a great. PLA prints flawlessly. I have not tried the .05mm printing, but its something I look to do, here in the future. would be great if we could get a .2 nozzle on the system, so we could print miniatures. But other than that its great! Will update if something changes.

I have had this printer for a few months now, it was very easy to set up and get started. I have knowledge in design and also CNC and laser, so it wasn’t a stretch to get into 3D printing. From unboxing to my first print took about an hour at the most. I recently had my first problem with the printer, I was able to disassemble it to clear my issue, and tech support/customer service was amazing at helping me get my settings back on track!

First off tech support is amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. Ive had very little issues with it in the year and a half ive owned it its very easy to work on and the programing is very informative, quality and craftsmanship is pretty amazing I do recommend upgrading to the glass bed makes things so much easier to clean and print quality improves with less messing with the settings. So far Im very happy with my purchase

I didnt like the fact it didnt have the standard extruder on it already and it wont hook up to my wifi. When I push wifi settings its like its set to manufactory settings or something. Kind of disappointed with it for the price I paid.

I purchased the X-Plus printer about six months ago and have been using it almost daily ever since. This was my first 3d printer and it’s been a great experience. The printer is easy to use, and it works great. One of the things that was important to me when deciding on a first printer was having access to quality support. When doing my initial research and deciding which printer to buy, many people commented about how great their support experiences were with Qidi. Well, I can confirm that support has been excellent. Linda at Qidi support is awesome. She has answered every question I’ve had (via email) and helped me along the way. Being new to 3d printing I’ve had many questions and it’s been easy to send email and get answers. It’s nice to know support is there if it’s needed. The only thing about the printer I didn’t really care for was the look of the yellow stripe across the front of the door. This may not matter for others, but it really stood out for me. I originally planned to remove the yellow sticker but later decided to cover it with a piece of black gaffer tape. This left a little yellow border around the tape, and I thought it looked pretty good. I can always remove the tape later if desired. Overall, I’m very happy with the printer and contacting Qidi support with questions has been a great experience.
