I have had 6 3d filament printer up to this point and the - R QIDI TECHNOLOGY 3D Printer, Large Size X-Plus - is by far the best. One of the nicest things it the magnetic print board that goes on the heated bed. When the print is finished just pull the board off give it a twist and the print come right off. Place the board back on and its ready for another print. Another nice feature is that you can set it to turn off when finished printing. Hope this helps.

I purchased this printer to really hit the ground running. I was not disappointed. I have not really had any issues with it at all. It is solidly built and I have printed hundreds of small parts, mainly in TPU. I didnt really need to utilize the customer support except when and if you want to upgrade the firmware. You have to contact them directly as the revisions are not publicly available. The customer service is remarkably fast and courteous. I had a small issue upgrading to the newest firmware and they helped me resolve it completely. They also provided me a printer profile for Ultimaker Cura slicer. They respond pretty much within 24 hours which is pretty reassuring when dealing with such a complex device.

This is my first 3D printer. I researched and narrowed my purchase options to a couple of printers within my budget. When I saw the X-Plus on sale that was the deciding factor. The printer is solidly built and heavy. Packaging was excellent. I was printing an included test print within 1-2 hours after starting unboxing. Over the past few weeks I have probably put 100+ hours on the printer. Auto off is a great feature when starting a print late at night. I have used both PLA and PETG filament successfully. I had a minor issue with touchscreen responsiveness so I emailed Qidi support. They responded within 12 hours with an attached video showing what to do to resolve the issue. Customer Support is excellent and very responsive.

Great printer thats easy to use right out of the box. Print quality is great make sure to level the print head. Many setup instruction right in the supplied USB.

I wanted to buy a printer that was easy to use but also didn’t make me feel like I would want to upgrade within a year. After looking at a bunch of options I went with the x-plus and wow am I happy. It’s been a lot of fun, and I feel like I’m just scrapping the surface of the possibilities with this.

This is my second QIDI Tech printer (X-Smart, still going strong) & it’s awesome! I will stick with QIDI printers due to their quality & great customer service.

I cant say enough good things about this printer and especially about Qidi s support. This printer is a beast.It is physically large compared to rep rap printers with the same build deck, but what you get with this printer is well worth it.It is direct drive so you have the ability to run flexible filament along with pla,abs etc. Since its enclosed material like abs run much easier. The build deck has a fantastic magnetic buildtak style build deck that materials stick to very well. The whole printer is super solid and built to last.Dual z axis supports and all aluminum axis mounts. Super easy to level.You can use an easy single point semiautomatic level or the full 3 corner plus middle leveling system.I contacted Qidi for the free upgraded extruder head and within an hour they responded.I received a shipping notice from them that the extruder will be here within two days all the way from China .Now thats service! I also had a few newbie questions and ever question I asked I had a response within a few hours with pictures and descriptions of what mistake I was probably making. This company really cares about their customers .For the money I dont think you can do any better than this printer, and for any amount of money I dont think you can do better than buying from this company. Quality build machine, great tech support. I brought this printer to print carbon fiber n order some heapa filter to filter out chemicals. This unit comes only with kind like foam filter! This is my second printer !

This was my first 3D printer, arrived extremely well packaged, in excellent condition. Easy bed-leveling instructions and the thumb drive has a lot of info and videos on it. Had it level and printed test print in under an hour. The fact that it can print using a variety of different filament types was what interested me the most. PLA, ABS, Carbon Fiber, etc. So as you try different items you can use different filament types. Great customer support. Hint if you have it hooked to your home network over CAT 5 you still need the USB plugged into the front of the printer and you send the file using the WiFi button.
