I own the QiDi X-plus and love it. Superb quality and excellent tech support. The slicer program by QiDi is also all you will need and it’s included.

I was looking for a plug and play 3D printer and this delivers. Super easy to use, versatile, and every comment about the great support team is true.

I am a beginner with 3D printing. But the QIDI Plus printer has made it quite easy for me. Its delivered with most of it assembled and their instructions are very clear and simple. The top cover and front door allow printing to be fairly silent. The printing software that comes with it is quite intuitive to use. The one thing I would suggest is to increase the print temperature to 210-215 rather than keeping it at their default temp of 190. That allows the prints to come out much more solid. I had some issues with the platform sticker sheet layer tearing. But, Linda from tech support helped me by asking me to turn the screw nuts on the bottom of the platform a certain amount and it solved the problem. Their tech support is extremely responsive and very helpful. I feel the money was well spent! Thumbs up!

By far the most frustrating printer I have used. This piece of crap today clogs either after EVERY SINGLE PRINT or in the middle of prints! Totally a pile of crap printer. They totally ruined it with the II version. I thought I was getting the x plus. This one SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS

We needed an easy to use printer with a large build volume. Got this printer over two years ago (actually the Plus-X rather than the Plus-X II), have used it a lot and moved it a couple of times. Has been reliable, rugged, and gives very good quality prints. Tech support by email has been excellent - questions usually get a clear answer within 24 hours. We wore out the original print heads and are now upgrading to the newer model II head. I gave 4 stars for print quality but must admit that we never pushed for the highest possible quality; we did not need it. I also gave 4 stars for for beginners, but not because anything is wrong with it, just that a beginner will likely be frustrated if he/she immediately tries to use the full capabilities of this printer (large build volume, high-temp materials). There is a learning curve for all 3D printers, so better to start with PLA and smaller model sizes.

This is my third printer and this one is the best by far. Why? Large print area for MOST purposes, repeatable successful prints, great print bases and just fantastic customer support. They answer quickly and positively every time. I have yet to read their email and wince and that says a lot for a Chinese supplier.

Extruder nozzle stopped heating just after a month of receiving, contacted support and determined through pictures and symptoms that the motherboard or ribbon to extruder head failed. Replacement parts were shipped immediately.

We purchased the Plus and the Max and have loved the print quality of both. You can not get better customer service. They respond within few hours with excellent service.
