> 3 dayI have had three 3D printers in my career and this one is the best I have ever had. I am impressed everyday with this little marvel. You cant beat the price and the quality is second to none! A definite buy if you are looking for a 3D printer.

> 3 dayThe enclosed printer is a great design when working with multiple and high temp materials. The unit is very serviceable and customer support is great. Linda helped me through a minor issue with a low temp exturder giving very fast communication and ended up sending a replacement to solve my issue. I couldnt be happier and am confident in my purchase and this company. Will buy again.

Greater than one weekThis is my 3rd 3d printer. By far the best I have owned. Easy to use, making print quality at a great price. Customer service is top notch, they a very friendly and fast to respond. The only issue I have is there is no sensor to pause the printer when you run out of filament.... not a big deal though.

> 3 dayWe have 3 other, older QIDI printers which have been workhorses for the production parts we make. We currently make upwards of 200 different production parts using these printers. However, we recently started a project that required a higher service temperature than PLA could achieve. We desired to use Polycarbonate (PC). However, our existing printers were not able to reliably produce PC parts. It seems that they needed an enclosed print platform with better temperature regulation than we could achieve with our existing printers. We found that the X-Plus was one of the only printers in this price range that talked about being designed for PC. Specifically, a high-temp print head, an enclosed print environment and (uniquely) the filament inside the print environment. These features seem to be really critical to getting good PC parts. This printer does a great job in this price range. It was not without challenges. We did have to experiment with slicing parameters and did end up buying a PEI print platform (which will not be good for a lot of parts since it seems to delaminate as we remove parts) but we are making good PC parts. We also found that a PC+PBT was a better filament to use. It seems to have better first layer properties for adhesion and release. We are printing with a bed temp of 80 and extruder temp of 240. The printer is very quiet. The slicing software that comes with it is decent but we prefer Simplify3D. We did have to tape up the hole in the top cover. This hole is used for PLA when the spool is above the printer. We have dedicated this printer to PC+PBT only and do not want the airflow from above. The customer service has been AMAZING!!! They reply within 1 day or less with really good information and good videos when available. All-in-all, we are quite pleased with ALL of our QIDI printers and have been running them daily over the last 3 years. Thanks for a great product at a good price!

> 3 dayI have been using this printer every day for the last 8 months. I have to say it is very good quality and has great reliability. I had a small issue with the printer and it was solved very fast by their support department. I you have a issue their support department gets back to you very quick.. This is the printer to buy if you want a printer that works great out of the box and every day.

> 3 dayI did a lot of research before buying the X-Plus and Im glad I did. I learned three things: 1) That it was easy to use, 2) That the print quality was above average, and 3) That Qidi customer service is responsive and capable. I unboxed everything and followed all the directions, but had problems with the display screen and the print bed z-axis rod. I sent an email to Qidi and had a reply with answers and video instructions on what to do in a couple of hours. I was printing my first part less than an hour after that. Plus, this thing is quiet! I can hear the fans softly and nothing else. Ive been around other 3D printers that are super noisy. Not the X-Plus. I’ve got months and hundreds of printed parts under my belt now with the X-Plus and I continue to be impressed with its simplicity, durability, ease of use and low cost.

Greater than one weekThis is my first 3D printer. It is relatively easy to use, and functions very well. Customer support is second to none. They have replaced both the normal and the high temperature extruder due to failures, and respond quickly to support questions. The leveling is imperative to get right, or else PLA will not print at all. This was the hardest thing to figure out. When they say “friction” on the paper between the nozzle and the bed, they mean a lot of friction. Once we got that figured out, my first layer bonding issues went away. They will also send you a Cura slicer profile if you want to use that software. You just need to ask for it. If you are looking at this as a first 3D printer, and you want to be able to print all types of filament, I would definitely recommend this one!

> 3 dayI have ordered from Qidi before and had an excellent experience with them and their line of printers. I was looking for a larger printer so I went with the X-plus. The printer is packaged very well with an extra hi-temp extruder, roll of filament, and a nice tool kit. I was up and running in under 30 minutes. I did run into an issue with my LCD screen so I emailed Linda at Quidi and explained the issue. She responded very fast with instructions to follow to isolate the issue. a few emails later and she had a replacement lcd screen on the way. I had the part in under a week and the customer service was the best I have seen from an Amazon supplier. Linda responder to every e-mail I sent in a very timely manner. I will buy from Qidi in the future because they have a solid printer with great customer service to go with it.

> 3 dayGreat printer, took one hour from box to print. I made 2 items a nintendo steering wheel, and a cup and both items came out perfect. I only use the memory stick to print files I do not hook it to my computer, and the 3d program works great with my 2015 hp laptop. The high temperature extruder was included in the box, but I have not used it yet. I did forget to apply the glue on my second print and it slid across the print bed but I quickly stopped it and applied the glue. Always make sure to use glue before printing. I am so glad I purchased this brand I just wish I had the extra 300$ to purchase the next model up.
