Bought to secure a flip house. Was planning to keep it but now it will stay with the house. One example: told me I didnt have to have internet then next person said I dont know why they would have said that . One more: free two months of monitoring. Then I have to call for tech support and they say no it only shows one...really now its three months because I was going to just return the stupid thing. Terrible experience

Nice to feel safer but without the subscription, more or louder alarms, we cant hear it from our bedroom if it goes off so I hope it scars someone away!

This system is great and affordable, I’ve been using it for about a year. I wanted to add a doorbell, but recently discovered that they DO NOT MAKE wireless doorbells. This was extremely disappointing. Now I will need to purchase a whole new system with a wireless doorbell.

We installed about a week ago and love it. However, the products dont stick well to the windows/doors/walls, so right now, we only half about half still up. We will have to figure out how to secure them better than they provided. Overall still great, just a little frustrating :)

We have had a SimpliSafe system for 5 1/2 years. Overall, it has been very good. Our home is about 6200 sq. ft. in size We have two keypads, two sirens, seven entry sensors, seven motion sensors, seven glass break sensors, five panic buttons, three smoke sensors, a water sensor, and a key fob. We also have the interactive monitoring plan which allows us to operate the system remotely with an app on our phones The system works well and the monitoring service is excellent. Tech support is ok - if you can reach a native English speaker. About half the time, you get connected to someone in the Philippines who loves to practice their English by repeating everything you say. Very irritating and a big waste of time! So I downgraded my rating from five stars to four. All in all, I think it is the best DIY security system on the market. I just wish the company would adopt an all American tech support team.

I am in love with this system. It was so easy to set up. Literally took less than 30 minutes to get everything set up and installed. We upgraded to the $24.99 a month live monitoring, but a $14.95 live monitoring is also available or you can opt to not use live monitoring. For our needs, we preferred the $24.99 monitoring so thats what we went with, but its far from being a requirement. The hub has a battery backup option and a cellular backup, so if someone were to try to break in when the power goes out or were to cut your lines youd still be secured for up to 24 hours. We have a very large 5 bedroom home and the hub has no problem reaching all areas of the home even though we put it by the front door. It still reaches the opposite end and all corners of the house. The setup is extremely easy as is operation. It also came with a yard sign and window stickers, which are an additional benefit and an added deterrent. We were paying ADT over $70 a month. For $24.99 we get the same level of protection with this company and the equipment is just as good if not better. Highly recommend.

I ordered this one for our daughter. We already have one. My aunt also has one. I set ours and my aunt’s up. Each time it took about 2 1/2 hours, including phone calls to activate. Customer service was awesome each time. It’s very easy to set up and is. It just takes a while to name and put up each sensor/device, but you only have to do it once. They even sent my aunt and myself FREE upgrades when our systems needed upgrading. I’m very happy with them and the price is good too.
